Hello! My name is Lynn and I am in that wonderful stage of life when my youngest son will be getting married. His wedding was planned for last year but the pandemic caused a year delay and sadly, due largely to too many yummy baked goods during lockdown, I no longer fit into the dress that I purchased for the wedding.
Cheryl‘s program is making it easy for me to get back into pre-pandemic shape. She has a knack for making me feel good about myself, even when I stray off the plan a bit.
I found that cutting way down on processed foods and carbohydrates gives me more energy and motivates me to stay away from those foods. I follow a protein rich diet and I no longer feel hungry between meals.
Except for riding bikes, I’ve never found exercising much fun – but I find the exercises in Cheryl‘s program tolerable because they don’t take up much time.
Each week, we touch base for 45 minutes and discuss how I did in the past week, she answers any questions I may have and we set goals for the following week.
Cheryl is unique in her ability to explain complex nutritional and physiological concepts in an easy to understand way. She makes sure that I know what to do and why am doing it. After only 7 weeks on Cheryl’s program, I’m almost to my goal. I’m so looking forward to my son’s wedding and wearing my fabulous dress!
